Hair transplant clinics in Mexico City
Mexico City is Mexico's largest hair transplant market. Most patients are local, but a growing number fly in from the US, and several clinics have English-speaking doctors and coordinators. Many clinics are in Polanco, Santa Fe and the World Trade Center area; prices are well below US clinics.
We found 28 hair transplant providers in Mexico City on Google Maps, including a few in the wider metro area. The list mixes independent surgeon-led clinics with branches of national chains that also sell non-surgical hair-loss treatments. Some well-known names focus mainly on those treatments, so check that the clinic you pick actually performs transplants in-house.
Complaints in reviews most often mention low density after a year, over-harvested donor areas, procedures done by technicians rather than the doctor, and slow replies. Get the graft count, the surgeon's name and the follow-up plan in writing. See our checklist of what to watch for.

How to read this table
- Google rating and reviews are taken from Google Maps on 21 September 2026. We list every hair transplant provider we found; salons, wig shops and purely cosmetic clinics are excluded. Clinics without a website are not listed.
- Type. "Agent / facilitator" means the company sells surgery performed in partner clinics or hospitals, often in another city or country. "Mostly non-surgical" and "Aesthetics / med spa" mean transplants are not their main service.
- Founded is the earliest of two years: the founding year the clinic or business directories give (not verified) and the year the clinic's website domain was registered (public WHOIS data). A recent domain can also mean the site was simply re-registered. n/a means neither year is known.
- Inclusion is not an endorsement. GraftAtlas does not currently receive fees from any clinic listed here. Spotted an error? Write to hello@graftatlas.com.
